Is it true that only students can stay at Campus 90?
Everyone who would like to stay long-term or short-term at Campus 90 is welcome.
What do we need the deposit for?
We need the deposit as a standard security fee that has to be paid when making the reservation. This fee will be received back upon check out once the inventory check has been done and room was vacated in the same condition as received.
Do I get any linen or kitchenware with the room?
The standard room does not include any bed linen or kitchenware. However, you can purchase a “move in” package with only bed linen, only kitchenware or both combined.
Does the monthly rent for the room include costs for water, electricity, heating/cooling, internet, and maintenance fee?
The monthly rent includes internet, 24-hour reception, technical support, and maintenance of common areas, but water, electricity, and heating/cooling costs are paid separately.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not allowed to reside in the rooms or enter the property.
When are the opening hours of reception?
Campus90 reception is 24/7.
How do I receive my packages and mail?
Reception will receive the packages for you if you are not on site and once you are back, can receive them from the members of staff at Campus90.
Is there a place I can park my car?
There is an underground parking and you can park your car there in exchange of monthly payment.
Do I have where to park my bike?
Yes, we have outside and inside bike slots.
Is there storage on site?
Yes, you can store your belongings with us in between semesters.
Are there laundry machines in the rooms?
There are no laundry machines in the rooms. You can do your laundry in the dedicated laundry room equipped with professional washing machines and dryers, each with capacity of 10 kg. Usage of the machines is with tokens, which can be purchased at Reception.
Can two people share a room?
Yes, two people can share a single room, with the extra charge of 30% of the price of the room’s monthly rate.
